CREATIVE PROMPT / STORY MODE -
The gimmick is that every seat has a big cutout of Slip McScruff’s head to celebrate the opening of Slip’s rink in his own backyard. Unfortunately, there is not enough vertical separation and the cutouts are too big, so no one can see the actual game on ice. This was definitely “not” a marketing gimmick to get people out of their seats, but anyway hot dog sales were through the roof. The other gimmick was that a beer in the 1st period came with a coupon for buy one get one half off hot dogs in the 2nd period. The half off hot dog came with a coupon for buy two get one half off hot dogs in the 3rd period. Basically, we kept them bought in and chasing deals so the independently owned (by Slip) food stands would attract enough business for Slip (and the local politician) to come out in the green after just 10 seasons in Slip’s backyard. ![]() sig credit to myself, graphic design is my passion
