Kinda seems like there's an issue right now with something. Whether that's not enough cap, contract tiers lining up with the cap, or just a lack of roster spots, that's up for people with a better understanding of the league as a whole than me to decide.. but coupled with a 90+ prospect draft class, maybe it's time for expansion? But what would I know
