S81 PT #4: To The Last Drop of Blood Due: Sunday, March 16th @ 11:59 PM PST

Written Option 2:

We are in the last few stretch of games for Winnipeg Aurora and Yuri Boyka III is more determined than ever to climb the rankings and break his previous points record of 52 points. He also wants his team to do better as a whole and win their next couple of games. If team wins, it will also raise the morale for all the teammates. In order to prepare for this, Yuri Boyka III starts with heavy martial arts training. This teaches his mind and body discipline and he will be able to overcome anything with the right equilibrium. Boyka III never forces his teammates as he believes one who does so by themselves will reach an everlasting joy from overcoming obstacles to obtaining success in the end. As a result, he just leads by example and the people that want to will follow him. He gives no motivational speeches or even team building activities. It is more just a mindset and if everyone are on the same page, they will do whatever is necessary to become better. After seeing his routine, the entire team starts following Boyka III's routine and the Aurora look more hungrier than ever. At this point in time, it is too late to climb the standings but they have immense faith that they will kill it during the playoffs.
