Winters and Webb are certainly one of the top duos of all time in the SHL. They are both dynamic forwards who can do it all in the offensive and defensive zone. Not only are they incredibly talented by themselves, but their chemistry is what really sets them apart. These two players have been together since the early days and can practcially know where each other are on the ice with their eyes closed. This is simply what sets them apart from other "pairs" of players, other duos don't have as much chemistry and it makes all the difference in the world.



The Tampa Bay Barracuda and the San Francisco Pride both have an incredible culture in their locker rooms. Having been a part of the Pride locker room I can speak from first-hand experience as to their culture, but I have heard the Barracuda have a similar vibe. Putting together a strong culture in your locker room not only retains players, but it also employs players to earn as much TPE as possible and want to push the group to be better. My first stint with Edmonton was a very similar experience and it was a huge reason why I personally max earned and why the team was so successful for a long time. I have no doubts that the Pride and the Barracuda will be strong contenders for many seasons to come. I also have hopes that Edmonton will soon be back in the mix as well, as we have a great culture in our locker room as well.
