Quote:94. (S16) C (Texas Renegades) - Alexandre Daigle || -50
Grade: 42/80
Past Seasons: S20-76, S21-81, S22-59, S23-67, S24-44

Alexandre Daigle is number 94 on our list, and what an incredible drop he has taken. While he showed improvement in S23 with a 34 point season, Daigle followed it up with only 30 points on the season
, taking him out of the top 90 for the first time ever, and potentially concerning his fellow Renegades teammates. Thankfully the team has made a huge turnaround in assets, which may not require Daigle to provide offense for the team.

4 point drop... after switching to linesmates with a combined 400 less tpe...
20 more hits...

Falls 50 spots Smile)

(i really don't care, better for someone to get higher who would take pride in it, but i mean thats just funny)

You realize the voting isn't "Well he was in this spot this year, and with x production he should probably be around the same place", right?

We revamped the voting process as (particularly last season) the results were not as accurate as we hoped, causing the potential for large gains and drops compared to last season.

I even stated as much in the OP.

Quote:With a revised rating system (Rating out of 10, specific guidelines for each number), it may surprise you to see your player rise/drop a great deal. Hopefully with this being the norm the next edition will see more consistency year to year.

That's good, but just know that I have my eyes on you now my not-beer touching not-friend. You can never be too sure about most people, they act like they don't drink your beer, and then when your back is turned they do a keg stand.

Here is an easy thing to fix 9 of your bottom 12 are on teams that don't have a judge on them...

Specifically only 2 of 7 western conference teams have judges Wink

I don't care about Daigle whatsoever I just think things should make some vague semblance of sense Smile)

Maybe get people on those teams to volunteer, then?

It's not like ArGar cherry-picked experts to create an East bias.

(Also, I definitely tried to be as objective as possible.)

You might want to point the finger at the players on those teams for choosing not to volunteer.

I'm not going to hound people to vote on a media article to make it even between conferences. As if that is why you fell so far (or maybe you were overrated in the last article which is the reason why you fell so hard when I made more of an effort to improve the accuracy of the voting).

Probably was overrated Smile) Again I don't care about my rank. I just took a peak at the set up after.

All I was saying is that changing the voting procedure won't change the inherent bias players have to their own teams.

I do think its awesome that you set this up every year, just if you're looking to improve it. That would be the easiest way to do it.

This isn't a personal attack on you or the judges Smile)

If the voters are willing, I can always post the full voting results when the top-100 is revealed.

Keep things transparent and give people something to talk/complain about.

Putting forth an anonymous popularity vote for the people that got voted on to look through, such a thing would never turn into a boatload of drama and anger.

I say, let it loose, grab a chair and popcorn, and watch the place implode.

TBH if you didn't vote you can't complain. These people volunteered to do this, they made their decisions however they chose. They seemed to have found a unified way to rank to improve voting.

Edit: Not saying you're complaining.
