Sorry to be the one to ruin the fun, but a reminder since this comes up about once per season: money transfers for their own sake are not allowed. You're allowed to pay people for legitimate services (and no, I don't think $20M for a sig would count) but not to transfer money. Bankers have been told to refuse transfers like this ever since the salary cap circumvention / signing bonus issue a handful of seasons back.
