SMJHL Draft

give recreates an option to skip SMJHL imo.
That would be the biggest bullshit you could do! It would be like a freaking kid comes into the office to get drivings license and goes like - Ayo, you print that shit out for me, because I am a professional racer since age of 14. I know more about cars and how to handle them, than anyone in this room.

So what should the staff do? Just be like "ahhh, yeah, this kid tells the truth, so lets just give him drivings licence without theory and driving tests"?

Or the kid still would have to pass both of them in order to get the driving licence, just like everyone else...even those who haven't been behind the car wheel ever?

the flaw in your analogy is that a professional racer would already have a license. Same thing for recreates. They've already passed the test, the learning experience that is the SMJHL. Should they not want to go through that again, they should have full right not to.

Don't know how it is in America, but where I am from, you can be a professional racer even at age of 12, but you do not have drivers licence until you reach the age when you can get it...

No he isn't actually. Max Verstappen had his racing license before his actual license.

A professional racing license is for circuits only.
A regular driver's license if for road usage.

Max Verstappen got his road license when he turned 18. He already had his racing license prior to that.

But you still need to get SOME kind of license to race professionally. Regardless, this analogy analysis is getting 2 hard for my head.

No one expects you to understand, so it's okay.

System is not flawed, teams could have taken a risk and drafted these guys, and if they all wanted to be on the same team you could have traded them, it's not like they were "ineligible" for the draft. I know a lot of teams passed on picks in the later rounds so I mean if you took one of these guys you wouldn't have wasted a pick, since you did not even use it in the first place

BUT

SHL gotta find a flaw in everthing

Teams couldn't draft these guys.. they purposely didn't create players until after the draft.
