Perhaps just removing the injury but keeping the player at a lower condition, so their play is slightly impaired by playing too much? Or if a player becomes exhausted, perhaps they have to miss a game to recover? It's just an idea, but it would require some work to get right.

There should be more SHL PTs in the offseason... without them this offseason feels really empty and boring honestly

Another thing is the TPE Cap.
Having a limited amount of TPE is kinda dumb and annoying... i think it should be raised

Also, interesting that you'd say that when you didn't even hit the cap yourself. It's not like it limited the TPE you earned in any way this past season.
