Task 0 - 3 TPE -  Affiliate claim: https://probaseballexperience.jcink.net/...t&p=650275

Task 1 - 3 TPE - Trivia: letspartyforever

Task 4 - 3 TPE - The Edmonton Blizzard rebuild can be explained by one thing. They traded for a madlad called Raven. With Raven on board the team just kept trending upwards (despite a couple of playoff exists versus Winnipeg) until they defeated the Aurora and just had to challenge for that cup now. We all know that he wont be their top scorer, or top anything, but he is a character you can build a championship team around, it's not just the player you get, you also get the legacy of him being the S1 MVP in the PBE and considering the fact that he now won both the championship in the isfl and shl this season, you know this kid is the real deal (and he is not paying me to write this). So what can other teams learn from this, you need Raven on your team. From the end 20's Wolfpack to now the Blizzard, you know this is th guy to build your team around if you wish to get some much needed playoff success.

Pick the finalist you think is going to win, and describe what that team needs to do to overcome their opponent and take home the cup. The Forge had the stronger offense in the playoffs, while the Blizzard had the stronger defense. Will those trends hold? Will Justin Time carry Edmtonton to victory?

Edmonton Oilers are my pick. I mean Edmonton Sharks. I mean Edmonton Blizzard. Yes, they have a top goalie in Justin Time. He is a former Citadelle and I know that from that organization comes some very talented and excellent goalies. The most famous one is member of the Quad Gold Club, Mr. Mat Smith. Time follows his foot steps and will win the cup too. A Challenge Cup. He is best goalie in the league right now. There is no argument about that. His athleticism, reflexes, glove hand, blocker saves and pad stops are unique. He is a monster in the net like Prime Marc-Andre Fleury. There is nothing that Forge can do to put the puck past behind. Even though if you screen him, Time is tall enough to see pucks behind the screen easily. And his rebound control is sensational too. Defence wins championships if your team name is not Seattle Argonauts. Edmonton is a better collective unit.

How do you think the IIHF federation you play for will do this season? Will you be better than last seasons? Why or why not?

Team Finland is always a medal contender. Last season we failed to win a medal when I captained the team for the first time. It was a disappointment. This time we can go all the way. There are some youths coming up and ready to take bigger role. I will continue in a mentor role as a middle-six winger and PK specialist. I grind hard and try to help the team win that way. So, I would like to guarantee that we will be a better hockey team this year but in sports in general everything can happen and puck luck has a huge role too so I can not do that. I can just promise that we will give ourselves a chance to win and hockey gods will then decide afterwards if we really win or not a medal. Smith-Carpet duo gives us a chance to beat other powerhouses every year. It is up to skaters and coaches to perform well too.

CW Trivia Word: Valor

12: The Edmonton Blizzard have won the challenge cup, and there a good few reasons why they ended up winning in 7 games. The first thing is that they have no players with a negative +/-, while the Forge had 4, mainly Lemo Phil with a -12 and San-Sam Emerson who had a -2 and was their only defenseman to have such a +/-. Edmonton also had better goaltending as Justin Time had a Sub 3 GAA while Base Pack did not, and Then time had a slightly better save percentage with a .908 and a .906 for Pack. So how could the forge win the series? Win at home, the road team won every single game during the finals, and the closest a home team was to winning was Game 5 in which Philadelphia suffered an OT loss at home. (138 words)

b. I would always choose to play for a new team with young players than with a squad full of veterans. I think that they are more hungry to win. Veterans usually are more individual and just wants to prove that they are the best. Youngsters will always think pnly about the victory if they are hungry. I just think that they deserve it more, because it's harder to do good in a period of 66 games with a young roster than with a experienced one.

d. I like Edmonton "Blizzard" much more than Philadelphia "Forge" in any aspects. More legendary franchise, better branding and roster too. My first player played for Edmonton, so I am rooting for them. Plus, I think that it would be much cooler to see forum and banner with their logo and a color of it, not "Forge". A bit bias, but that's my opinion.

I think that Philadelphia "Forge" just had a great front office and coaching stuff. This is a hungry team which will do anything to succeed. I think it's the main reason why they are successful - hungriness. It's pretty similar with Montreal "Patriotes" too though. I don't think that there's anything extra. These expansions teams are new and they just want to show what they can do. They are full with joy, power and they're ready to prove what they can do. Winnipeg "Aurora" and New England "Wolfpack" are very good teams as well. They aren't bad and they don't have much to learn from others. They have won championships recently and they are still at the top of the league. They are contenders and only thing that are taking them down is that they don't have that many players, coaches and other people who are hungry to win. New franchises always have those "dawgs" who are fighting no matter what. It's something that you can't teach or learn. One player has it and other doesn't.

The Finals are already rolling and Edmonton "Blizzard" is leading with 2-0 in the series. Important to mention that they won first two games on the road, which makes me confident that they're winning it all this season. They scored 14 goals in those games against Philadelphia "Forge" and were such outstanding. I think that they had a harder path to the Finals as well and their victories were a bit more powerful and convincing. Series isn't over yet and anything can happen, but I'm more confident about Edmonton winning it right now. They are have a great defense and even better offense. They allowed six goals i  the first game and still won. Second game was a 6-2 victory. I think that Edomoton might be a SHL champion again. However, I wish best of the luck to both of the teams. I just wanna make sure that everyone knows that my opinion is a bit bias, because I used to play for Edmonton with my previous players and I don't really like "Forge" personally.

a. Two new finalists mark the end of a dynasty in the west and the return of an old heavyweight in the east. Pick either of our finalists, and tell me what about them impresses you the most! (65 words)

Edmonton's ability to find a way past the juggernaut Winnipeg Aurora powerhouse that has dominated the west for seasons now is arguably the most impressive feat in the postseason to this point. Philly had it out great in the ECF, but Winnipeg's sheer strength of roster has been a force of nature for years now. So huge ups to Edmonton for finally slaying the dragon.

b. The Forge have won a cup with this core, while the Blizzard are sniffing this air for the first time in a while. Who would you rather be - the veteran team that's been here and won it before, or the hungry youngsters taking their first shot at glory? (WC: 66 Words)

All things given, give me playoff and finals experience over hungry but fresh players. There's something so potent about how much that experience when it matters really MATTERS. There's definitely something to be said about how much young blood fresh on the adrenaline high of making it to their first collective shot at the cup, but when it gets down to the wire... experience trumps all.

The thing that no one wants to talk about is intangibles.

So let's talk about the only thing that matters this time of year: what team has the best names?

Philadelphia's roster is filled with some of the absolute best names you've ever heard in the modern history of the league (see: post-FHM). BASE PACK, for starters (joke intentional) is probably the best example of simple but effective when it comes to naming convention and the stats are no joke either. Beyond just BP there, the Forge boast Cale Salad, Nibbles the Squirrel, Ricky "Tricky" Koivu, and the ghost of Tony Soprano. That starting five alone puts Philly towards the top of playoff teams in terms of the name bowl.

By comparison, Edmonton really truly only boasts two great names. EGGWARD ELRIC, who has proven a force in the post-season, but more importantly--Justin Time, the holy grail in terms of simple but effective naming convention. His parents knew exactly what they were doing when they did that.

So if Philly wins the name bowl, do they win the cup? Personally, it's hard to deny the strength of that roster, but I'll still be pulling for Justin Time to pull off a miracle of his own.

Find me a better fucking hockey club than the United States of Funmerica. Hockey culture: on top. Hockey skill: on top. Hockey pathos: doing mostly fine. Hockey ethos: unmatched. Hockey logos: debatably towards the top of the tournament. The strength of roster is completely undeniable. The team culture is about as unmatched as it gets, consisting of rewatches of all of the greatest American action movies starring all of the greatest American action stars. Commando. Predator. Hard Target. Red Scorpion. All of the classic American action stars. Between having the best goalie in the league standing tall between the wickets there at the back of the ice and boasting some of the most talented forwards in the league today bashing bodies and dishing pucks to each other, it's hard to say one way or the other whether or not they're truly the best team in the tournament, but this reporter is putting his entire Roth IRA fund on the USA to win the gold this year.
