Get rid of them altogether imho, if we do that then we probably don't need to touch the cap much.
I also think it would be good to adjust existing contracts to the new minimum wants a player moves up the TPE-contract, so that it's not possible for them to circumvent this by signing cheap long-term deals early in their career, when they are still in a low bracket.
