Well 3 guys Volchenkov, Marshall, and Privokzkov all joined the season late. So right off the hop they of course will be lower on the scale. The rest well when you have a day to draft after your GM fails to show coughkitcough and had no list because he said he's drafting might not help. Bad draft of not were in the finals so

A lot of us who joined in the tail end of S23 were able to do a lot of general PT capped stuff and put it under S23's cap. I think most of us had like 10 TPE from that, plus 15 in PGS/ PbPs. That 25 TPE difference put you right back into the Top Ten in TPE.

That's insane compared to this and last year.

TPE needs to change. These draftees already almost have the same amount of me :lol:
