Days 1-3: Nominations/Campaigning
- Public thread to announce nominations for a candidate.
- Not for votes, so only one name matters.
- One thread for each conference.
- One nomination per user.
Days 4-6: Voting
- Public thread to vote on candidates.
- Only votes for people who have been nominated will count.
- Only vote if you have a player on an SHL team
- Only vote for candidate in the conference as your SHL team
- Up to two votes per user.
Day 7: Announcement
- Voting ends the end of the day at midnight(eastern) of Day 6
- Tally up the votes, and announce winner.
Summary: Goal is to keep it as simple of a process as possible. Two members from each conference will join HO. 3 days nominations so that if people wanted to have fun campaigning they may. 3 days to vote seems fair enough. Badaboom.

Leadership/Experience TPE
I will need more research to make a decision about that. I worry it may not be beneficial to implement at all. If someone wants to continue this I'll need some data to back up implementing it.
Injuries
Hard foot down on no for this one. Mostly because that's not very practical when we do multiple game sims a day, and a player could get injured on the first game. But also because it's just not as fun as people think to simply
not play a game because the random numbers decided you shouldn't.
Setting draft date earlier
Planning for the draft day should be finalized by the end of the playoffs. I think the start of the finals to the end is a good enough time to say if you're available or not.
Delaying the finals a week
The reason being is to give recruitment, championship week, and preparing for next season started. While it does seem interesting, I'd like to see an actual plan of things we could do that would make pushing the finals back x amount of days useful.
Management Cap
I've listened to the feedback from the thread, and I'm thinking of a compromise: Instead of removing it altogether, how about rename it to simply "Bonuses", reduce it to 3m, and allow the money to go to whoever the GM's decide.
Too much playing time
Just wanted to double up on this, pun intended. I mentioned that once we get an HO formed we'll discuss how they want to approach that. I feel like that's a decision that's big enough to need more than just me as a dictator to decide on.
From my standpoint, I don't want to limit a GM's ability to make lines, but at the same time we have to set some sort of restriction to prevent abuse of the simulation engine.
If something is done, it will probably have to wait until S33.
If there's anything I need to address or have missed, let me know. I'm sure I have.
Lastly, to every who has congratulated me or gave me thanks and I haven't responded, don't take it personally. There's just a lot of actions I need to do, and responding to everyone individually would kill a lot of time. My PM box has exploded with ideas/requests that I'm trying to fulfill, so if you could keep those ideas to this thread and requests to the other thread it would help me out so much. Hard to keep track of everything.
Likewise, if i say something that offends you, please know it wasn't intentional. I've had a couple of cases like that, and people have taken it the wrong way; a way I didn't really intend. Like I said I've been trying to do a lot, so I've been keeping any responses I do make really short.
There's nobody on this site I hate, and I want to make things work for everybody.

With regards to the leadership/experience, I'll try to run some tests to see how big an impact the attribute has on sim results. Might be hard to draw definitive conclusions, but would at least be something. Right now I'm against the idea of implementing a system that improves each attribute, but I'll see what the tests turn up.
