If ppl did break it, that sucks big time. I didnt surpass it, nor did i buy the whole player store. We gotta keep track of this stuff

I will say this now. If people had a lot more TPE than what the junior cap allows for, it was because of the insane amount of uncapped TPE handed out last year. If players and GMs don't keep track of when their players hit the cap, and allowing them to be updated, that team will be punished.

Also, 1M +5 training is unneccessary in juniors, there is a reason it isn't there.
