Lil B is representing himself as one huge parody of the current hip hop scene and showing how it doesn't matter how little sense his lyrics make or how bad his flow is and people can still be interested. He's stretching the limits of musicality with his whackass rhythm, lack of flow, and nonsense lyrics.
