S39 PT 6 - Superlatives
#1

The regular season has ended and you've had the opportunity to get to know people by now. What's a fun way to commemorate your fellow teammates? Yearbook style superlatives.

Task

Written Option: Come up with 3 yearbook style superlatives for 3 different players around the league (players don't have to be from your team). Example: Most Likely to Retire Early, etc

Graphics Option: Make a yearbook style photo of any player from the league and include a player quote and superlative.

Reward

3 TPE for doing the thing.

Only S39 SMJHL Rookies (S40 SHL Rookies) are eligible for this PT. (If you signed after the trade deadline, that isn't you.)

Do NOT claim TPE for this task until a post has been made in the claim thread.

Deadline
March 8, 11:59 PM EST

Most Likely to go into a horrible slump: Eri Arai
Seriously, I started off the first half of the season leading defenseman in points, then in the second half, I go 25 games with like, 3-ish points. Seriously, that was baaaaaaaaad stuff.

Most Likely to steal ROTY: Manuel Gotze
After my horrible slump, Gotze started to heat up even more, which kinda fucked me over. You get the gist.

Most Likely to be clutch: Julian O'Sullivan
Seems like this dude thrives for bad situations. Not that I'm complaining, or anything, that's totally fine by me.
#3

Most likely to keep his two cents to himself: Paddy Kane-Rielly:
- After the incident over 20 cents with the cab driver, I assume he'll keep all the "sense" he has and not blurt his opinion over serious matters.

Most likely to become fat post-career: Tommy Tuck:
- Since he can't control his gluttony, he's likely going to need a good ol' tummy tuck for his fat ass after his career (his only form of exercise) is done.

Most likely to give a commentator a stroke: Asti-Tabarnak Fleur-De-Lys-Lapoutine:
- Imagine seeing this name on your scorecard and knowing you'll have to pronounce it at some time. This name may finally lead Bob Cole to retire, but it could also be due to Lapoutine's erratic playing style that baffles teammates, opponents, and all other on-lookers.

Luuk Kraaijkamp: Most likely to GM a team in the future! (<a href='index.php?showuser=2297' rel='nofollow' alt='profile link' class='user-tagged mgroup-10'>InciteHysteria</a>)

Tommy Tuck: Most Likely to win a Silver Medal in the IIHF Tournament (<a href='index.php?showuser=2923' rel='nofollow' alt='profile link' class='user-tagged mgroup-3'>Muford</a>)

Tor Tuck: Most likely to be confused for Tommy Tuck (<a href='index.php?showuser=2766' rel='nofollow' alt='profile link' class='user-tagged mgroup-54'>ErM</a>)

Putting a lot of thought into these, I also could have put for the Tuck Brothers.... Most likely to play for Norway Exercise

Most Likely to Do Math So Fast Your Mind Gets Shattered
None other than my boy Quik Mafs (<a href='index.php?showuser=2789' rel='nofollow' alt='profile link' class='user-tagged mgroup-3'>Rindiee</a>). this guy will literally knock your socks off with how quick he does even the hard stuff. I didn't even know that if x+1=2, that x=1 until I joined a squad with this guy. Utterly deserving of this superlative.

Most Likely to Change Their Name
Eri Arai is the winner of this superlative, I don't know why I picked them for this one, just reminds me of this one guy whose changed their name like 3 times.

Most Likely to Cry at a Picnic
Gotta be my boy Iam Essellem, such a softy and what can I say, he's a crier. In league circles he is known as the guy who needs some alone time after a tough hockey game, and that's why he's won this most coveted superlative.

Most likely to get hit by lighting more than once: Yannick Berger
Has been hit over 200 times during last two seasons, so a easy choice really.

Most likely to open a grill after playing days are over: Tatu Mäkelä
What can I say, Finnish people like barbecue.

Most likely to star in ´accidentally´ leaked R-rated video: Markus Meliodas
Only matter of time when a man is built like that.

Most likely to get visited by UFOs: Cédric Moreau
Born in Quebec and plays as goalie? I think that is enough of a explanation.

Most likely to set world record for staying in squatting position the longest: Ostap Maksimov
Sponsored by Adidas.
#13

Most likely to retire early: Asti-Tabarnak Fleur-De-Lys-LaPoutine III
Obvious choice is obvious

Most likely to scream profanities at a McDonald's employee for not giving an extra sauce for free: Connor MacGregor
The dude is terrifyingly angry at all times.

Most likely to claim to be elite then never be seen from again: Petr Hasek
Seriously, where he'd go? Nobody knows.

“The Wheel of Time turns, and Ages come and pass, leaving memories that become legend. Legend fades to myth, and even myth is long forgotten when the Age that gave it birth comes again. ... There are neither beginnings nor endings to the Wheel of Time. But it was a beginning.”

Most likely to lose a tooth: Lizzy Jukka

Lizzy has been on the receiving end of a ridiculous number of hits the last 2 seasons, leading the league with 120 in S38 and following that up with 118 to finish second in S39.

Most likely to "do the thing": Blaine McElroy

Blaine has been an amazing source of inspiration on and off the ice. He puts in an incredible amount of work, and is always willing to do the thing, whatever that thing may be.

Most likely to do jail time: Gary Grease

Gary has been a great player for the Mammoths, but unfortunately spends a good bit of time in the sin bin, finishing in the top 10 in each of the last 2 seasons.

Most likely to succeed: Mikhail Lokitonov

Mikhail started his career in S38 by tying for second among rookies in points. His encore performance? Tying for the third in the league in points scored, only behind his overachieving teammates.

Player with the most surprising talent: Asti-Tabarnak Fleur-De-Lys-Lapoutine
Living up to his otherwise glorious family name, this player knows how to cook!
His specialty: A dish he calls 'La mean poutine!'

Player likely to have a song named after him... Or close: Tommy Tuck
In fact! A song already exists! ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FmC0d38ZdJI )
Because Tommy Fuck doesn't give a T***!

Most likely to get his name said wrong: Lizzy Jukka
Switch the L by the J and let hilarity ensues!
