OK.. So we have the SHLPA now, why don't we take this opportunity to use it for negotiations? Instead of letting CoolStar decide to limit it on his own decision.. Even though the answer is prertty simple with cutting graphics to cash.

Coolstar is the PT-Director, so the least he should be allowed to decide should be the amount of points handed out through PTs

Obviously this isn't something that you should decide against the commissioners will, but I think the league should have enough trust in the people who they gave jobs to to let them make some decisions as well, if they fall into their area of expertise. Why even have those people in a position if you don't trust them with a decision once in a while? Especially since the Uncapped-TPE-stuff isn't a really big one... The Commishes can still chime in if they think coolstar is doing total bullshit

I wouldn't like it, but I'd have to accept it. And as I said, the Commissioners can still overrule his decision, if they feel it isn't good for the league.

How would they compensate? And please guys stop making it the rookies faults we get these benefits. But still, like I've stated before, everyone can earn the same TPE so why don't they? It's not like rookies have a TPE advantage? We shouldn't be catching up necessarily.

Everyone's TPE now goes directly to Mike Verminski since there's so many rookies who are getting too good too fast.

alot of the top guys are inactive lol
or barely active if at all

all it takes is for a couple players to have chemistry together in the sim and they can put up huge numbers.
whether theyre a rookie, inactive, etc it doesnt matter
