I have a new album I have to suggest. It is R.A.P. Music by Killer Mike. If you like straight up rapping over sick beats, then this is an album for you.
My grades for it. Big Beast (ft. Bun B and T.I.) - 5/5 Untitled (ft. Scar) - 5/5 Go - 4.5/5 Southern Fried - 4/5 JoJo's Chillin' - 3.5/5 Reagan - 4.5/5 Don't Die - 4/5 Ghetto Gospel - 3.5/5 Butane (Champions Anthem) (ft. El-P) - 5/5 Anywhere but Here - 3.5/5 Willie Buck Sherwood - 4.5/5 R.A.P. Music - 4/5 52.5/60 = 4.37/5 - 87.5% = Very Nearly Perfect. ![]() ![]() Registered Posting Freak Quote:Originally posted by Dion.OvOxO@Sep 28 2012, 07:18 PMI WANT TO HEAR ![]() Registered S7, S22 Challenge Cup Champion
Just checked out the album, "The Salvation" by Skyzoo, which was released in 2009 and honestly, every track is fantastic. He just released his second album today (which is what made me check out his debut) and I'll be checking that out later today or later this week at some point. This kid is really talented...

Although Young & Gettin It came out and I wasn't a fan of Meek using autotune. I'm excited about Tony Story's Pt. 2 the most, but I'm just hype about this album in general. ![]() Registered S7, S22 Challenge Cup Champion Quote:Originally posted by DylanJK@Oct 3 2012, 02:05 AM I actually, sadly enough, didn't mind Young & Gettin It, regardless of the autotune. ![]() Registered Posting Freak

Review for Skyzoo's album, A Dream Deferred, which I highly recommend:
Dreams in a Basement (ft. Jill Scott): 4.75/5 Jansport Strings (One Time for Chi-Ali): 4.5/5 Pockets Full (ft. Freeway): 4/5 Give It Up (ft. DJ Prince): 4.5/5 Glass Ceilings: 4.75/5 Range Rover Rhythm: 5/5 -For Dylan, this one was produced by Jahlil Beats. The Knowing (ft. Jessy Wilson): 4.25/5 Drew & Derwin (ft. Raheem DeVaughn): 4/5 Realization (ft. Jared Evan): 4.25/5 The Rage of Roemello: 4/5 How to Make It Through Hysteria: 4.25/5 Steel's Apartment: 4.5/5 Spike Lee Was My Hero (ft. Talib Kweli): 4.25/5 The Cost of Sleep: 4/5 61/70 -> 4.36/5 As you can tell by the rating, it is right up there with my favorite releases of the year; 4eva N a Day by Big K.R.I.T. and Life Is Good by Nas. I was only turned onto Skyzoo yesterday and spent some time listening to his debut, The Salvation. Honestly, it felt like all of these tracks had a similar vibe to them and considering how I loved "The Salvation", it makes sense that I loved this. Honestly, this is only of the guys who deserves more buzz. ![]() Registered Posting Freak Quote:Originally posted by Kyle@Oct 3 2012, 02:18 PMTell Danny he the best ![]() Registered Posting Freak Quote:Originally posted by Lazgreg@Oct 3 2012, 09:46 PM I planned on it don't worry. ![]() ![]() Registered S7, S19, S23 Challenge Cup Champion ![]() Registered Posting Freak Quote:Originally posted by Dion.OvOxO@Oct 4 2012, 12:37 AMSuppose to come out November.
