Wait I don't get it. Why does ATL have a higher chance of winning the Cup if Winnipeg has a higher chance of getting out of the top half bracket? In the last picture I mean.

Probably means that of the people who thought Winnipeg and Atlanta would advance, more of that group thought Atlanta would go all the way than Winnipeg.
