For me it needs to be an item that you can throw quite far but that doesn't hurt too much when it hits you (so not a puck), so that it's not always the people right next to the glass getting the goodies. And it's just fun to really toss stuff into the crowd as well, isn't it? I guess that'S what t-shirt cannons are for actually but we don't want something that generic so I don't know... Maybe a puck wrapped into some team merch? Sorry, I'm not that creative right now.

A new promotion sent the league scrambling when a player from the Anchorage Armada began throwing mini bottles of his own rum into the stands after one of their games last weekend. "I just thought it would be a nice treat." the unnamed player was quoted when questioned about it. "No comment." is all that the league will say at the moment. Stay tuned for further details as they develop.

Sticks, ball caps, T-shirts going over the glass have gotten kind of stale. So, we, on the Minnesota Monarchs, have decided to toss stuffies over the glass. These stuffies will be in the shape of a Monarch Butterfly. I personally thought that this would give people an incorrect idea about the physical nature of our team, but, management prevailed and butterflies it is.

I think Jarmo would throw his old Montreal Patriotes clothes he bought from the SHL store into the crowd. Since he was traded, he can't wear them anymore! He's even sign them to make them worth a couple of dollars.

For this upcoming Kawashima has bought up a ton of Nickelodeon slime and will be sliming a lucky few in the crowd every game he is chose as one of the 3 star players. The slime will come in Winnipeg colours.

Tampa Bay is plugged into the culture of today, and we know that above all, young adults value one thing: hydration. Players will now be whipping their water bottles into the stands for lucky fans to take home and enjoy. After some early mishaps, we have determined that it will be best to make sure the bottles are empty before throwing them over the glass.

Game worn gear, especially at auction is usually a high priced, hot commodity. Stars of the game, on home ice this season in Tampa, and for sure in Great Falls, if your player gets a star then you can toss a sweater, a glove, helmet, etc up into the stands.

Kids like pretty much everything that well known players like Jay Cue throw to them after a game. So Cue normally throws them his mouth gear so that they get their hands all dirty. Classic Cue prank.

When the rest of the QCC roster switched to plush owls to give to the kids, Justin Time went rogue and started giving out game-worn gear. After all, the team gave it to him for free, and keeps giving him new stuff! They finally asked him to stop when he threw a new pair of leg pads over the boards, to the confusion and joy of everyone in Row 1.

The monarchs have somehow made it possible for Arsene Leclerc to throw random pieces of cheese over the boards. No one knows why the request was made, they can only assume it be a cultural one, but damn is cheese good.

Boots comes out still dressed in his Renegades gear and instead of a hockey stick he's got The Renegades Hot Dog Canon! Loaded with two shots, Boots fires away two fresh Hot Dogs into the crowd. This season, one special Hot Dog will be loaded, not with Renegades Relish, but with a Golden Wiener that will award them with free tickets to a game along with a trip to the locker room and entry to the team bench during pre game skate!

Sven has recently taken to handing out tier lists of Svens in each league, with himself at number one obviously. Kids are able to read a bit about each Sven and learn all about how Svech is the best Sven.
