It has now been 1 week officially since I gave up recreational soda drinking.

In the past week I have lost 6.1 pounds having done nothing else except remove soda. I won't lie though when I say that there were a couple days where the withdrawal symptoms sucked major donkey balls but it is done and now time to challenge to see how long I will persist in this and I will continue to post about it occasionally for accountability purposes.

If anyone out there reading this was unsure or waiting on some sort of sign to try and do it yourself in the pursuit of self improvement....

It has now been 1 week officially since I gave up recreational soda drinking. 

In the past week I have lost 6.1 pounds having done nothing else except remove soda.  I won't lie though when I say that there were a couple days where the withdrawal symptoms sucked major donkey balls but it is done and now time to challenge to see how long I will persist in this and I will continue to post about it occasionally for accountability purposes.
