I know you have some knowledge regarding the sim mechanics. Talk a bit about how you've built this player. Early priorities into late build finishes.

From my brief time in the SHL, I've had the impression that the IIHF (and WJC) are afterthoughts to a large part of the player base. Would you say my impressions so far are accurate? If they are, do you have any plans or thoughts that you’d want to try to see if it could change that?

Coming from being Fed Head of a small fed to being top of the IIHF, what plans do you have to shake up the international format?

What fromage do you think really needs to be addressed?
