The SMJHL draft was held last night in @Rojjter's basement, and we had a number of excellent selections. Colorado picked first, as they are in the midst of a deep rebuild and selected @micool132 with the first overall pick. Micool was coming off the end of a brilliant career in Atlanta, finishing with 8 Cups. Recreating as Gus McExplo, it was a fine choice for 1st overall and a predictable one. But while micool is great and may win some cups with Colorado, he was not the best pick of this past draft. The best pick of the S91 SMJHL draft was picked at #7 overall. I honestly couldn't believe this player/user combo fell all the way to seven, but that makes the selection that much sweeter. With Kelowna picking #7, they were able to snag @brickwall35 - player name: Idid It. After completing his ring around the carousel with his previous player Journey Man, he recently committed to a major SHL recruitment effort that will net him 150 extra TPE than anyone else in the class. His player name, Idid It, is an homage to the journey his previous man completed. Kelowna got a real ringer, and they will be happy the cards fell as they did.

I have also heard reports that @Popol threw a tantrum because they wanted to go first overall following the recently announced SMJHL 1st Overall trading card series. @Frenchie picked him 2nd overall to go to Ottawa, but Popol immediately retired their player, Hildebrand Gonads, and plans to reenter the SMJHL with the S92 SMJHL draft class.

Congrats to all players picked this season and I hope you all turn out great and not busts like @Vandy. 12th overall was too high smh, what were you thinking Ohio?

Well I guess I don't have to put any thought into what my next player will be.

Although idk how the hell I'm going to get that many recruits, that's some @RashfordU level recruitment TPE.
