I want to sincerely apologize for my actions during the recent dispute with a teammate. In the heat of the moment, I allowed my emotions to take control, and as a result, I said things that were inappropriate. I deeply regret that the situation escalated to the point it did, and I acknowledge that my words were out of line.

I truly regret my behavior and the fact that I let my emotions get the best of me. I don’t usually act this way, and this was a moment where I lost control. I understand that my words may have been interpreted in the wrong way, and I take full responsibility for crossing a line that should never have been crossed. I realize that because of my actions, I was suspended from the team, and I now find myself without a place in the group.

To Nevada Battleborn, I extend my heartfelt apologies and wish you all the best of luck moving forward. I will work to improve myself and learn from this experience.

But high chance this didn't come from the heart.

We moved heaven and Earth to get you because we felt bad, wanting people to find a place in this league. We traded a goaltender who, yeah, wasn't the most active on site and we worried about them becoming IA, but was still well liked by the team who got along with us. But we wanted to give you a chance to have fun here. because that is what this place is about. Not how many starts you get or championships, but the community and making friends. The first round alone and even some Gems in the second from my draft class didn't get drafted because "Their players simmed the best" but many of them made positive impressions in the community whether it was over the course of a month or years. A lot of your behaviour even before yesterday was pushing it, but you crossed a line and it is clear you do not fit in our LR, and may not elsewhere. Even before that, I was tempted after work to maybe get in a DM, try to ice things over, give a chat like what I'm saying here. But it was one strike too many.

We did everything to try to be welcoming for you and all we got was headaches, AI, and a dash of bigotry on top with you trying to use your religion as a shield from repercussions when this league also has multiple people of different backgrounds and creeds getting along and not complaining about a lack of a "Straight pride" emote and complaining that "We get a month." I hope for your sake you do genuinely learn, but it just won't work out here.

And this message DID come from the heart. The heart of someone who has been burned twice in two seasons by trying to be nice and patient with people who may not have deserved it. My last statement on this. Now I got a promo to write.

I don't think anything was taken the wrong way here. You outright told a member of the LGBTQ community that you didn't support them. We do not stand for hate here and a couple sentences of an apology that dismisses what you did isn't going to cut it for my forgiveness anyways. Best of luck but peace out
