Good afternoon,

We received an appeal from Minnesota with regards to the punishment here. Unlike in the Tampa Bay situation here, Minnesota did not present any evidence as to an agreement with the player in question and as such, it cannot be determined that there was a valid contract prior to the freeze going into effect. While we do sympathize with the nature of the situation in Minnesota, we are unable to overturn the judgment without that evidence. As such, the appeal is denied and the player in question Kral King (@Blastmeaway) is deemed a free agent that is not permitted to sign with Minnesota for the remainder of S82.

I think that things like this should be judged on a case by case basis, but I understand appeals had no real ability to overturn. The problem is the punishment in the first place
