Camp was so mediocre it was bad. ![]() Registered Merica's Lover ![]() Registered S15 Challenge Cup Champion Quote:Originally posted by Spangle@Oct 30 2013, 11:57 AMSo mediocre it was bad? ![]() Registered S7, S22 Challenge Cup Champion Quote:Originally posted by Ochocinco@Oct 30 2013, 03:00 PM Yes. ![]() Registered S1, S3, S4, S6, S13, S19 and S28 Challenge Cup Champion Quote:Originally posted by Ochocinco@Oct 30 2013, 10:11 AM But hell:the sequel was terrible ![]() ![]() Registered Merica's Lover ![]() Registered S1, S3, S4, S6, S13, S19 and S28 Challenge Cup Champion Quote:Originally posted by Maxy@Oct 30 2013, 11:22 AM Agree but that isn't saying much ![]() ![]() Registered S7, S13, S15, S16 and S28 Challenge Cup Champion
On my second listen of MMLP2 now. I think it's head and shoulders above Encore, Relapse, and Recovery. It's close to The Eminem Show but no where near SSLP or MMLP. I still really like it other than a few songs that I think are really bad.

![]() Eminem - The Marshall Mathers LP 2</div> Bad Guy: 4.5/5 -Won't spoil for those who haven't listened, but omg omg omg. Parking Lot (Skit): NA -Love how this is a continuation of "Criminal". Omg. Rhyme or Reason: 2.75/5 -This is not good... So Much Better: 2.5/5 -This isn't good either. Dis disappointment. Survival: 3.5/5 -After thinking this was massively meh, it looks a lot better compared to "Rhyme or Reason" and "So Much Better"...Though this feels like a Recovery leftover. It's almost like Em was gonna record a "Recovery 2" and was like, "Nah fuck it, but we'll keep this one for the follow up to MMLP." Legacy: 4.75/5 -Love this track. The verses are on point and the hook is so elegant and beautiful. Just fantastic. Classic Eminem track. Asshole (ft. Skylar Grey): 4/5 -Em's verses are on point and I like Skylar Grey as a singer, but the hook isn't the best thing in the world. Berzerk: 4/5 -Like the throwback sound to the Beastie Boys. Overall, really nice song. Rap God: 4.5/5 -Certainly intended to be taken tongue-in-cheek and I just love his verses. The hook and beat leave a bit to be desired, but his verses overcome those issues. Brainless: 4/5 -I actually kinda liked this one. It was weird, but I enjoyed it. Stronger Than I Was: 3.75/5 -Gets slight dock for being an Eminem song. However, as an overall song, I honestly don't hate it. The Monster (ft. Rihanna): 4.25/5 -Rihanna's hook game is superb here, really catchy overall, and I like Em's verses too. Poppy, but good poppy. So Far…: 4.25/5 -Weird listen, but overall, I like it. His verses are good and the beat is...interesting. Love Game (ft. Kendrick Lamar): 4.25/5 Headlights (ft. Nate Reuss): 4.75/5 -Really touching as Em apologizes to his mom for trashing her over the years. Really touching. Evil Twin: 4.75/5 60.25/75 -> 4.02/5 -Easily Eminem's best album in years. Overall, tracks like "Bad Guy", "Legacy", "Rap God", "Headlights", and "Evil Twin", are some of the best Eminem tracks in years. Very impressed by those in particular. "Survival" is nothing special", while tracks like "Rhyme or Reason" and "So Much Better" were destined to be deleted. A lot of tracks here are good, but not fantastic, which pretty much sums up the album as a whole; good but not fantastic. ![]() Registered Posting Freak
