You didnt get anywhere with him, so it doesnt really matter where you would have been without him.

Webb got his team into the playoffs.
I always look at pts per 20 when looking at the top guy and Webb is head and shoulders above any of the top guys (1.23 compared to second place Mexico and 1.03)
So its Webb and it isn't even close.

Mexico also had a top linemate in Krejci, Webb's highest scoring linemate had 35 points compared to his 59.
