A bug caused the subscription service to fail overnight. If you have an active subscription, you may have received only one subscription pack without an associated bank transaction. We are treating this as a free pack distribution that counts towards your daily purchases. Affected subscribers need to purchase the rest of their desired daily packs manually on March 31.

Affected users should be able to purchase 2 packs. If you were only able to purchase two packs today, please check your unopened packs before submitting a bug report. You should have one more pack in your inventory than expected.

As a secondary reminder: donation packs were distributed yesterday. Subscribed users who recieved but have not opened those packs may have 3 packs in their inventory this morning but will be eligible to purchase 2 more packs today.

Sorry for the confusion--the defect was fixed and the subscription job will run as expected tomorrow. Thanks for your patience as we work though growing pains to provide the best Ice Level experience possible.
