The "Shining Stars" Mark Harter
#1

In keeping with our growing of the Toronto North Stars identity it is long since high time to honour the legends who have graced the logo and carried this team over the years. Defining eras and leading the way as faces of the Blue and White. As promised here is the first of many.

Mark Harter was THE goaltender for the Toronto North Stars back in the Simon T Hockey Simulator Era. Beginning his career in Season 23, he would remain a stable, ever consistent presence between the pipes as Toronto vied for its first and now only cup so far. He also served to hold nearly every goalie record for the team until Harry Carpet arrived. It is with great honour that, tonight against the San Francisco Pride, the Toronto North Stars Organization induct Mark Harter into the Shining Stars Hall of Fame, our aptly named Ring of Honour as well as retire his number 47 to the rafters.
