In keeping with our growing of the Toronto North Stars identity it is long since high time to honour the legends who have graced the logo and carried this team over the years. Defining eras and leading the way as faces of the Blue and White. As promised here is yet another absolute legend.
A stalwart anchor on the back end, blueliner Zander Rhys was an absolute treat from coming up as a young lad in time for Toronto's cup win, all the way to the final days of STHS. Rhys has been there through it all. Still one of the greatest Defenceman to lace them for the Blue and White. I was lucky enough to share the ice with him as well. Here against the Hamilton Steelhawks, allow me to welcome him to the Shining Stars Hall of Fame and put his number 5 amongst the heavens.
