No it hasn't
This offseason was botched horribly. We haven't really had a set commissioner team since Velevra
*JumpierPegasus back in S16/17, since then it's been a weird revolving door and the SMJHL has had no certainty. Now we have Ragnar, but last season he was rather new not knowing what to do, and this offseason has been haywire, so he has had some issues. Recruitment has been great, but the handling of the league as a whole has been amateur

I will say it feels like 90% of recreates don't give a shit about smjhl. And because smjhl gm's has been a revolving door as of late commissioners need to add more attention as a lot of gm's don't know what is supposed to happen/ limited experience. I will also say no season since I have been gm has been similar. So hard to drive home a proper routine.
Commissioners should regularly meet with gm's to discuss any potential issues.
Gm's and commissioners should act as a team with gm's. Rookies shouldn't see a rift between gm's and commissioners.
