<div align="center">This game was like seeing your reflection hitting itself in the face.</div>

Another exciting match this week in a game with lots and lots of points. You wanted goals, you got goals. In this exciting match, the Crows won the match by a hair (or a feather) in overtime with the winning goal made by Tigole Bitties. No other match was tied this much with 28 shots on both goalers.

First period</div>

The first period started as a simple game of hockey. Then just before the 7th minute, the Mammoths said : “Hey, what about winning this game”. Wolf Von Hammersmark thought it was a good idea and made the first goal. Two minutes later, the crows said “Winning, doesn’t seems like a bad idea, maybe we should too” and Wayne Hetzky made a goal. It was 1 : 1. Finn Larsson, playing for Colorado, felt jealous so he made a goal 2 minutes after just to show off. It was 2:1 for the prehistoric mammals. Then, another 2 minutes later (yeah, it was a magic number that night) Wayne Hetzky just said a huge f%$k you to Larsson by hitting him in the nuts and turning it again as a tie. It was 2 : 2. Finn Jakobsen started to develop an inferiority complex at that time. He called his psychologist and scored another goal as he was prescribed. He didn’t fell better after. It was 3:2 for the moths. With only 5 seconds left to the period, Colton Hagan from the crows shot at the moths goaler, missed and shot again his own rebound. 2 shots and a goal in 3 seconds, guess his anger management is far from complete. But the game was tied 3:3 at the end. We say hi to Mr. Stevenson who went to buy a hotdog and missed 4 goals during that time. Hope they were good, god they are overpriced.

<div align="center">Second period</div>

Tension was high during the second period. In short, all players were just hitting themselves in the face, some shots were blocked and the Mammoths were generally more on the offensive with 13 shots vs 8 for the crows. Alexander Zajac tried to permanently injured the crows goaler with a slap shot which was adeptly dodged. The score was now 4 : 3 for Colorado.

<div align="center">Third period</div>

This period will be known as the second period, the return. 13 hits were registered in this period alone, which is the same number of shot made. That had the just perfect level of violence you’d expect from the junior league. Mammoths had a plan of winning but they weren’t sure, they got a little hesitating in the last minute. Maybe they started to drink, we’ll never know. Teddy Cuddles tried to say hi to his mom on tv with his stick. Aleksandr Aleksandrov, as a gentleman, said hello too to Cuddles mom and didn’t checked the puck kicked by Cuddles. It was 4:4 and it went overboard in OVERTIME !!!!

From this moment, the Mammoths were drunk with their claim to victory. In overtime, they didn’t even made a single shot on the Crows goal. Teddy Cuddles shot like 4 times consecutively on the goal and got to deflect himself. Maybe he was drunk too. Tigole Bitties had to take a dump so he chose to finish it with 2 direct shots on the goal. The crows won the game 5:4 in overtime.

Tigole Bitties scored the OT winner as well as adding 1 assist in the victory. His game winning goal was all hard work done by him after he missed his initial shot on net he was able to beat the defenders to it and get another chance which he buried. Clutch AF.

Scarecrows Tigole Bitties, C Scarecrows

With the high scoring affair going into extra time with each team at 4 goals a piece, it was important to secure the extra point without going into the shootout for both teams. This game was the early seeds of a playoff matchup to happen this season, as the Scarecrows would best the Mammoths in that series, and they did the same in this game.

The Scarecrows set up in the attacking zone and the puck comes to Tigole Bitties, who charges towards the net before putting it behind Aleksandr Aleksandrov for the win!.
