I think a lot of people rely on the Welfare too easily. Like I said above though I think a lot of people don't get explained the entire system well (much like when I came here first and went inactive because of it).
I should mention when you say Regression, do you mean percentage of carryover? Because I didn't even tackle the regression aspect of the VHL.

For the first part I mean the brand new VHLM player gets to do the survey for their entire 1st year vs having it deadlined sometime on their first year so they lose a chance to earn that TPE.

Yeah. I have done that twice in 19 seasons so I'm guilty of that...but I dislike the way it's open to abuse for cashed up members. I'm not paying anymore and the amount of TPE I am behind another draft class member of same year, is ridiculous. If they are going to keep that in place, I think it needs to be limited to once every 2-3 seasons.

They can do the Survey once in their first players career I think. Not capped after one season as in it doesn't expire. It's more of a member thing and not a tied to a player thing.
