Probably beating a dead horse with this:
- I want to restructure the idea of a cap to either simply eliminating it, or relaxing it. I understand inflation can be an issue, so I won't just go throwing tpe everywhere. But I believe it can be simplified with the same end result. Still workshopping that. Again, open to ideas.

I personally think that you shouldn't remove the whole Cap unless you want to drastically limit the TPE that is rewarded currently. I still think that if we would go forward with a PT Cap that you should get rewarded for earning more capped TPE than the current SHL Cap of 35.
Let's say for each 5 TPE that you earn above the Cap you get rewarded 1M. Obviously you can play around with the numbers but I think that would gave people more of a reason to do tasks which will get them capped TPE if it can translate into money. It also would give people more of a reson to track the PT Cap. As an Updater I was shocked to see that there are a rather big amount of people that don't track the PT Cap. (I know that these people mostly aren't active enough to reach the Cap but still).

This Idea would also create more jobs I think or we would just need a thread at season end where everyone can post how much capped TPE they earned over the season to be eligbile for the money payout.
