This is something I was concerned about, but wasn't sure how to articulate until now.

Being a GM is only part of the experience of the site, and while I don't think it would happen intentionally, I worry that decisions being made only by GMs and commissioners could fail to adequately consider the experience of the average player. I know that since I've stepped down, I've had much less to do, and my focus has shifted greatly.

I'd suggest we have at least one or two people in the mix that hold no other league position and can offer the perspective of someone who's looking at things from the other side, so to speak.

Edit: Basically, what I think I'm getting at is not to do away with league advisers. Keep a couple people around to offer their opinions who hold no other head office jobs.
