Has anyone other then Hoid Wit actually heard of someone named Hoid Wit? Exactly guys, he is the furthest thing from a household name to make it even worse when we polled 100 people in the Vancouver area 82 of them said Hoid who? My point precisely not even his own fans know his name. I have yet to ever see a Vancouver Whalers Hoid Wit jersey myself? My nominee for most underrated player in the SMHJL would be Mr. Hoid Wit!

Pts: 25 but not his forte
Pim: 12
Average TOI: 22:45 (13th in SMJHL)

To say he is a "stud" obviously would be quite the stretch. He is always in the right position and uses his stick very well. If they kept track of takeaways I can almost guarantee you he would be in the top 10 of that category as well. Going against other teams top lines, having only 20 hits and 12 pims in just unheard of on the defensive side of the puck, Those numbers are getting close to Lidstrom numbers which no one can deny! Other names on this list I know that the general public know of, but Hoid Wit nope!
