TBB Illegal Roster Appeal

Hello SHL,
The Appeals Commitee has received an appeal regarding this punishment: https://simulationhockey.com/showthread.php?tid=142654. In this particular case the player Max Carnage had agreed to a contract with TBB prior to the deadline and the current rulebook regulation states that the DM agreement is considered a completed contract: Code: Section 1 Subsection K Rule 1 states: A contract agreed to by a player and GM is enforceable even if it was made through DMs or on Discord. Players and GMs may not back out of a negotiated deal once it has been agreed to. The contract is considered complete at the time of agreement, not the time of the of posting on the site.Head Office did update this process through a discord messages to the GMs, but the committee agrees that the rulebook should be considered the source of truth in cases of conflict. Max Carnage (@Sizz) is considered to have an agreed contract with the team and is no longer considered a FA. The other punishments as follows are for the missed GM tasks and not having a valid signing of Shawn Pawn. These punishments remain in affect: Tampa Bay’s GM’s @hockeyiscool and @EmoLeBron will be fined half of their GM salary in S82.
