Quote:13. SHL Head Office Members (including the Commissioner and Co-Commissioner[s]) are subject to receiving write ups when they have failed in their responsibilities as Head Office members, either in the scenarios stated above, or at the discretion of the SHL Head Office, when necessary.
  a. Write ups will remain on the Head Office members’ record for three seasons before being removed.
  b. Any SHL Head Office member who accumulates 3 write ups on their record will have a review with the Commissioner and Co-Commissioner(s) to review their job performance.
  c. Any Co-Commissioner or Commissioner who accumulates 3 write ups on their record will have a review with the owners to review their job performance.
