I don't think it's a matter of taking Hallsy seriously, I think it's a matter of if there is actually PM proof then an explanation needs to be made lol

It's not a matter of taking Hallsy seriously, it's a matter of if it were true, it would be "par for the course".

Out of all the leagues I've been in, SHL is probably the most inconsistent with punishment, and it wouldn't surprise me in the slightest to see certain tampering just getting swept under the rug because they didn't result in anything and the punishment would have seriously hurt the franchise.

This happened a year ago OMG. Its no big deal, it has already been dealt with.

In this situation, it's not really something that needs to be brought up in public, especially this far after and in this way. A member brought a pm conversation to me citing that he was being tampered with by an SHL GM. We reviewed the pm conversation in Commish Office and decided that while the tampering was there, he was heavily baited into it by the FA. Given that the FA played a big part in leading him into tampering, we felt that punishment was too harsh, but a warning was necessary. If we see this occur again with this member, more severe action will be taken.

The FA was mad the team that the GM GMd. So he baited him into tampering.

Worse "tampering" than the PM in question goes on in Free Agent articles daily here, so I mean if you want us to start suspending players and fining their teams for those, then we'll go ahead and do something about this case.
