Lol that list is so out of date. Detroit has 4 GMs in it lmao.

Panda went inactive seasons ago, dankoa just stepped down, Ballerstorm just stepped down in MTL. . .not sure who the 4th extra is.

Part of the problem of not having someone in charge of recruitment and not having it be a paid job. When you just expect it to happen, you can't be surprised that it doesn't happen on time.

No, they aren't GMs. Detroit is WBF/Ztevans. Dankoa/Panda should not be listed. MTL is Copenhagen/Grapehead. Ballerstorm should not be listed.

There's a 4th extra GM in there, I don't know who it is. Possibly someone in Colorado with akamai just getting hired?

And actually now that I think about it, R1ce isn't listed as an SMJHL GM because he's under league advisor. So there's two more extra GMs on that list Hmm

Ok so there are? 16 GMs and 4 Commissioners without Kez? So 20 people to manage 8 teams and they can't figure out how to work a calendar?

Sounds like there's more than a few extras for Bojo to clear out.

Well, here's where the issue would lie, we talk about hating how long the offseason is. Think about being the person who gets a season long injury in game 4, they have an off-season that is literally a season, postseason and playoff. That GM needs a new player then and have to fix their lines, ahich could happen on day 1 of a 4 day sim day and cancel the sim for hours to fix it or auto them and have SMJHLers play. And, I doubt anyone would want to stay active through that. I had a player prior to Aitto who got injured at game like 35, had to miss the playoffs in the SMJHL and it killed my interest.

I wouldn't add injuries, personally. You never know what could happen. If it's just short, fine. But they could be a season, they could be just weeks and kill someone's interest and really damage the ability to sim if they happen too often.

I'd like injuries, but only if it's possible to limit injuries to a maximum amount of time. Injuries would definitely make it more interesting and give even more of a boost to teams that have deep rosters, which is good. I think a max injury length of 10 games would be great cause long having your player get multiple long injuries throughout their career would suck. Although I have no idea how injuries work within the sim.

I don't think we should ever use injuries again. People don't come here and stick around to watch their player not play. This has all been discussed before, there's too many negatives to it, including the sim issues JY mentioned.

This league is for fun, your player plays, everyone has fun. We don't need to start simulating high ankle sprains lol.
