Japan has failed to provide a legal-size roster by the 2nd-round deadline, and continued to not make the necessary corrections despite multiple prompts and reminders to do so until the tournament had already started.

The Federation Heads will receive half their Federation Head salary and be put on probation for the remainder of this tournament and the next as a result.

Any subsequent failure to perform Federation Head duties during the probationary period will result in the full loss of Fed Head salary and an extension of the probationary period.
