Long, worth reading. Me and Riggs put a LOT of effort into this! GMs and Scouts should REALLY read this

After Jermaine Tennyson stoned the Montreal Impact, surprising everyone with a 6 game series victory, Tennyson and Klando went down the line, for the handshake.

Kladno felt like he wanted to crawl into a hole to die. Tennyson felt like a king, a warrior, finally enjoying a little fame himself.

"You played good, bro."

Mikhail Klando looked up, his eyes close to tears, to see Tennyson. Klando wanted to punch him in the face, but quickly voted against it. He wanted to say "Good game" but couldn't muster out the words.

"Dude?"

Kladno silently thought, Why is he talking to me?! I am a failure, he is a winner... get away from me!

"You played greut Jarmaine Tennysin." Kladno let a smile play on his lips.

The words were very hard for Kladno to say, "Good luck."



Tennyson gave Kladno a pat on the back before moving on.

Almost a week after Tennyson and the Crows ended their season on a sour note after falling to the supreme Detroit Falcons, Tennyson heard his phone buzzing.

He put his weights down to find a new message.



It was a delightful surprise to see Klando sent him a message.

The two began to talk, only for a few minutes.

Minutes stretched into hours.

Once the two said their goodbyes and promised to speak soon, Tennyson flipped on the Television.

"WHAT A SAVE WINNFEILD!" the TV blasted. It was playing the Four Star Cup Finals.

Tennysons toenails clinched. His face got real.

"That should be me!" he screams, and storms out of his house, without warning his parents.

St. Augustine, Florida was Tennysons hometown. He drove to the local bar, not being able to focus on anything but losing.

Sitting at a bar stool hours later, was a drunken Tennyson. Losing made him so angry, he couldn't bare thinking of it.

"Those Falcons!" he declared drunkenly, "I will kill them all birds! Remember the name!"

"Okay there buddy." the bartender patted him on the back. "Whatever makes you sleep at night."

Kladno stormed through the door.

"Jessica! Jessica I am sorry!" he wales.

Tennyson cranked his head, "BUDDY! I thought you were in uh- uh- .... Russia!"

Kladno jumped up, "Hey buddy! Wow... and its Czech Republic."

"Yeah, yeah, same thing." Tennyson buried his head in the table, "Come here, we have much to talk about!"

Kladno sat down before covering his nose, "You reek of beer, lay out that stuff man."

"I agree." the bartender nods his head.

"WE WILL KILL DE FALCONS BROTHA!" yells Tennyson. "You and me, we be ... we be PILOTS!"

"What? Your talking nonsense, Jarmone." Klando pats him on the back. "Listen, I think we could get drafted to the same team, hear me out-"

"SAME TEAM?!" Tennysons head popped up. "LETS GO BROTHA! STICK IT TO THEM!"

Tennyson jumped up and ran out the door, screaming words he even couldn't understand.

Kladno smirked. As he chased after him, he thought about how great it would be to play with him.

Scouting Reports


Mikhail Klando

Kladno displays proficiency in most defensive aspects of the game. He has excellent puck skills, is dangerous one-on-one, and is a worthy skater. Kladno is a good playmaker but shouldn't ever try to snipe a few goals himself. A creative playmaker and an average skater, he possesses tremendous anticipation, and an ability to find open ice near the opposition’s goal. Kladno is very effective operating in traffic and is very comfortable putting himself in high traffic situations. He is a very smart player, thinking the game at a high level, which shines through in his excellent positioning, and his impressive defensive and checking game.


Jermaine Tennyson
At 6’3, Tennyson is a big goaltender who covers a lot of net, and has bulked up somewhat weighing in at close to 225 lbs, but could still add on some more muscle. Jermaine is a player who works harder than anyone, has an attitude and hates to lose, and plays with lots of enthusiasm. Tennyson’s best attribute is his unbelievably quick reflexes. He moves pretty damn well laterally and solid on his angles. He has shown great composure under and a willingness to come out and aggresively challenge shooters. One attribute that Jermaine possesses that is very noticeable when watching him closely is his great ability to make difficult first shot saves. Jermaine is nearly unbeatable on the first shot and his fundamentals are way above average. A hybrid style goaltender, Jermaine is patient and a capable lateral mover. If there is a weakness to Tennyson’s game aside from his inexperience, it is in the area of rebound control. He will usually always make the initial saves, but has shown difficulty in corralling loose pucks when opposing players are in the slot are. He also struggles with following the puck in traffic areas and at times, off speed shots seem to throw him off. But he is a young goaltender, and has a lot to learn, which he hopefully will learn in order to make the SHL.

What made you want to be drafted together?
Well, Kladno and I just started talking after I beat his team, and from there, we've been talking every single day and as we are two of the top prospects, we decided we would love to go to the same team and actually play and talk to each other together.

Who is the better of the group?
We both play different positions so it is hard to compare, but.. it's both of us, we stick together, stickier than glue.

Who will go higher in the draft?
It has got to be Mikky K, (Sorry Dooley <3 you) Scouts love his game and he is a very hard worker, he deserves to get drafted higher, and also to be quite honest, my position does hold me back just a little.

With one of you beating the other in a playoff series, wouldn't that have destroyed your friendship?
Nope, not at all, it actually made it a lot stronger. We started talking after the game and it became a regular thing, after the series Kladno told me to do something to the Falcons which can not be said on television, so let us just leave it at that.

What made you make this decision to play together in the SHL?
I've gotten to love to be talking to Kladno, and it'd be even better talking in the locker room, plus I'd have a friend in the locker room on the first day and a future roommate.

Do you think any team will take a chance on you two?
They've got too.

After bad playoff performances by both of you, does that drop your value?
Hell no, we are too beast for our value to drop.

Why do you guys get along so well?
Because of our personalities being so similar together.

What do you hope to achieve in the SHL?
I hope to be the greatest goalie, he, the greatest skater, and we do it together.

Me being a forward forward, Tennyson being a goalie, its my job to help him out. I know we would play great toghter!

Who is the better of the group?
Tennyson by a lot. More on and off the ice. What a guy.

Who will go higher in the draft?

Him, no 2nd thoughts.

We only started talking after, so FOR SURE it didn't.

We are extremely close, and friendships are very important in a team.

Anyone who is good. I will marry them.
