Howdy everyone,

First, I would like to thank Grimmster for the opportunity and wish him the best of luck up to but not including any finals against us. Ha, seriously, good luck man, you are a great choice for that position.

Now me, I guess I am Heading the PT Department. If you haven't just logged out and left the site just now, thank you. As you can see, I am a friendly guy and very approachable. I do not take anything very seriously unless needed and this job is something I will take seriously that you can be assured of.

Last season, the blunder at the end, was my fault. In an effort to get things out in a timely manner I forgot the words of a legendary man.

I didn't communicate properly with my Head, there was no fight or anything just a request to check with him next time, to communicate and work together a bit better, together we with the help of the rest of the PT team put out the Championship Week claim only one hour or so after it had ended.

That leadership which got me to put in eight hours this past sunday and four on the Saturday before as an I am sorry to him without asking because I respected his response to my screw up that much, as well as to the league shows why the right choice was made in promoting Grimmster, he will be an excellent GM.

And this season I resolve to get things done clearly, detailed well and on a timely manner in both release and grading. I have some changes coming, nothing too extreme mind, but some changes none the less.

My first act is to address the Team PT Disaster, what a mess is all I can say, live and learn. Next season will have no personel requirements and will be all uncapped, how much uncapped? Well, let's just say I will have to speak to my Co -Directors.

But first, I need to hire them.

I am looking for a dedicated individual, who will assist in setting up the PT's, planning, grading and creating PT and not going to lie, responsing to complaints and questions people will have. It can be as little as a handful if we work together, it can be page if we don't... like me not asking for the PT Director pass and having five pages of messages, both personal and CW to sort through in my inbox.

I am looking for someone who enjoys reading media, someone fresh with creative ideas ready to go the moment you get permissions, the flaws you see in the system as a player and how to fix them and lastly be a good ambassador for the league

I am looking for some fresh ideas for a PT, suggest one in your application for Written PT Director.

I am also looking for someone with some graphics background who can accurately judge effort, time to make the signature, will recognize those who are new to the graphic making game and give them tips and encouragement to improve and what they could have done differntly to earn more points.

For Graphics PT Director, I would like you to submit a graphic with a step by step instruction on how to replicate it, the theme is rookie draftees.

I will accept applications the moment the draft finishes until the following Wednesday.

There are some things I have discussed with Schultz already, I am quite happy he and I are on the same level with what we want this league to be. Fun, casual, but not where we are handing out TPE like participation ribbons at the YMCA. That is a problem I plan on working on fixing, is how to cut done on the inflation, slowly so it is not noticed as much but still there.

The biggest change that will happen is the Team PT, that was a blunder. The rest of the potential changes will be discussed with my team and submitted to the HO for approval.

I don't think it would have been nearly as bad if people didn't submit the trivia and unscramble as too seperate PMs and didn't name their PM's about CW "CW Stuff".

I didn't open any chamiopnship week stuff so they all reamined unopened and easy to sort through once I started adding...a few days after some questions were asked. I plan on making a questions thread in the PT forum so that way important questions are not missed.
