It has been brought to our attention in the Head Office that a player has been playing over the 350 TPE cap for the Colorado Raptors. 


We expect GM's to make sure, like simmers will tell them every season, to check and make sure players are correct in the sim prior to the preseason and regular season starts. We don't expect them to do that for every simulation, for clarification.

This player was over cap for the whole season and was apart of the league wide audits, that was when we decided to let GMs fix mistakes pointed out during the audits. 
Since this was not done by the GMs and the player competed in the SMJHL for 16 games after the mistake was pointed out this regular season we've decided on a punishment:


With all the information presented we in the Head Office have decided to suspend the player in question, Konstantin Voloshin, for the remanding 4 regular season games and the first round of playoffs effective immediately.
