1) Very good first time submission!, you do a good job of already focusing on integrating the render within the first sig. Additionally the color scheme works well however there will be some key takeaways. The background of the sig can be seen as distracting --> it seems as though it is mostly a colored filter above the sig cut out from parts of the render and a Whalers logo thrown behind the render (also jersey changes). The text itself looks good however the placement can be improved quite easily. Never put text in a corner as it becomes a distraction rather than an addition. I would've placed it lower and had a slight intersection with the hockey stick. Additionally, once that is done I would actually cut down the height of the sig and look to add lighting behind the renders head by using a soft brush to add more depth to the sig. Great first sig!
